What does it mean to live to eat? I am sure if you asked a thousand people across the United States, you would get a thousand different answers. However, if you asked a thousand New Orleanians, the resounding response would be, “A way of life.” Our restaurants and recipes are sacred children of this city. It’s what we know and what we protect. Just look around you, every corner restaurant has a history. Each of those buildings has a story, and each story has touched a thousand lives to become the glue that binds us to this great city. (more…)
